I did this deal and used the "diabetes and you" coupon, so I made a bit of a profit. I bought 4 smaller 6 oz lotions priced at $3.99, used 4 $2 off coupons and the diabetes and you coupon took off $2. (I thought it would be $4, but I guess it doesn't take the $1 off of the free item).
