PB2 was a product that was recommended to me as a tasty alternative to regular peanut butter. I couldn't wait to try it! I know it sounds strange, but it actually comes in a powder form and you add water to it to create a creamy peanut butter texture. You can also add it to smoothies or bake with it.
I'm open to most new products, so I decided to give it a try! Believe it or not, I was really impressed. As a healthier low-fat and low-calorie alternative to traditional peanut butter, I give it an A+.
You can find PB2 on Amazon for $7.00 (plus shipping). I found it at my local health food store for only $3.99.
If you're following the Weight Watchers PointsPlus program, 2 tablespoons is worth 1 point as opposed to 5 points for 2 tablespoons of traditional peanut butter.
