Okay, so last year was the first year I had ever "attempted" to participate in the Black Friday Sales. If you don't know what Black Friday is, it is the day after Thanksgiving where there are massive sales and people sleep outside the store all night to grab the Wii, Plasma TV, or other next best thing for 1/2 the regular price or less.
Though I don't care for the label it's gotten, I do love a good challenge. I am absolutely not the type to freeze all night in front of a store, but last year, I did wake up at 5am and headed out to KMart for an item I had my eye on. Of course I showed up and got in line behind 100 other sale-driven shoppers who had made it there far before me.
This year, my sister and mom will be in town and we are going shopping! Honestly, it's not so much about grabbing the next best thing, but the thrill of getting up super early, braving the crowds, and having girl fun with family. The thrill of the hunt! :)
I am surprised to see that some people have gotten their hands on Black Friday sales ads already. Walgreens will be having a sale starting at 7am - 2pm. Since I'm a bit of a Walgreens shopper, I'm excited about this one.

Man, I don't even want to think about shopping. I hope that I can either do it all online, or in one day soon. Good luck and happy shopping.
