Menu Plan "Thursday"

I am feeling very organized today, which only happens about once a year, I think. I thought I'd post my weekly menu in hopes that I will actually stick with it. I have also added another feature to help me continue to find great new recipes. You'll find a new recipe site list below my favorite blogs list. I hope it helps you too!

Here's the Meal Plan:
(I'm not specifying days because I like to keep some things a surprise!)

Breakfast:
  • Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (I substitute apples in place of blueberries and add a little more cinnamon.)
  • Eggs, Sausage, & Toast
  • Betty Crocker Muffins (I'll be using this coupon: $1/2 IPQ)
  • Cereal w/Milk and Applesauce
Lunch: (for kids)
  • PBJ, Apple, & Yogurt
  • Celery Sticks w/PB, Grapes, & 1/2 Turkey sandwich
  • Mac 'n Cheese
  • Grilled Cheese Sandwich w/Tomato Soup
  • PBJ, Apple, & Yogurt
  • Soup & 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Dinner:
  • Szechuan Shrimp over Rice
  • Classic Chicken Dijon w/Rice & Veggie
  • Lasagna Rolls w/Texas Toast & Salad
  • Chicken Salad Bagel Sandwiches (leftover Chicken Salad for Hubby's lunches)
  • Homemade Pizza
  • Carne en Adobo (Guatemalan Recipe) con Tortillas
  • Leftovers or Make Your Own Night!
