It's Giveaway Time!

As promised, it is time for another giveaway! Is it possible that I'm more excited about this one than the Honey Kix giveaway last week?! Since late last year, I have been working on losing a few pounds and have even been successful to lose over 20 pounds! Woohoo!!

My weight loss goal is due to infertility. We have been trying for baby #2 for a year now and have had 1 miscarriage during that time. I know that one of the reasons I am having a difficult time getting pregnant is because of my health/weight. So I have a goal this year to get healthy so that I can be a great mom for my 3yr old daughter and a new baby!!!

Oh wow - I would love to win this! I am currently trying to lose 10 pounds before my wedding next year :) I've cut out all fast food, am trying to eat more veggies and fruits, and work out 4 times a week. So far it's been going great! :)

After having 4 kids, I have successful lost all my baby and job related weight gain (being a stay-at-home-on-the-run mom has done that for me). However I have a husband who is desperately trying to lose weight. He loves the FiberOne Products and we've adjusted our whole families diet to help him lose the weight he wants. Iam currently working to drop 10+ pounds that I put on through 2 pegnancies. Unfortunately, I hve a medical conditon that causes me to gain weight, egardless of diet and exercise efforts, when I am not on my medications. The medictions can no be used when pregnant or nursing so my weight ballooned and now I am trying to lose it.

I'm excited about this give away because for the past 2 months I've been making some changes. I've started walking/running every morning. I have a goal to enter one race every month. It keeps me motivated to keep running. Last month was 3K and I think I'm going to try a 5K this month. I've also been cutting back on the number of calories I've been eating.

I feel like I am forever on a quest to lose weight. I honestly enjoy eatting!! I am trying to watch what I buy and eat right now in order to help out my daughter who is trying to diet...not that she needs to lose any, the skinny minny that she really is!! I really think the scale would be a useful piece. I think it would be a real eye opener on how much I really do overeat.

I started the year thinking I was just gonna lose some weight, then it dawned on me that if I just eat better, the weight will come off. With that said, I read nutrition labels way more now! In the ingredients, if there are more than 3 things that I can't pronounce, I put it back on the shelf! You would be surprised at all the ingredients in our foods. I have found lately, that eating fresh fruits and veggies, baking my own bread, etc. is much more healthier plus I am shedding the weight by not starving!! haha!

I have a weight loss goal. I would like to lose 20 pounds and I had a good head start (5 pounds) and then decided to quit smoking. Yep, gained the 5 back. Now I have to work doubly hard to get it back off.

Like many others that have commented, I also have a weight loss/fitness goal. I would like to lose 15 pounds before my 20 year high school reunion in July. While that is my immediate goal, my lomg term goal is to be more physically fit and eat more nutritious meals. I have begun walking with my coworkers several times a week at lunch time and I am going back to the gym after a long hiatus. I'm also watching what I eat and really thinking about the extra calories and fat in certian foods.
