How do you know what next weeks ad is so early before it comes out? Same thing with the coupons how do you know which ones are coming out?

There are many sources online that post the preview of the ad for many different stores. I, personally rely on IHeartCVS.com scan of the ad to generate my posts.
With coupons, I stay on top of what's available. When you do it long enough, you find many sites available to print from. Check my Coupons menu tab for some of my favorites! Coupons.com and CoolSavings are great sources for printable coupons.
