FREE Computer Paper at Staples!!

I love this kind of deal! Since I'm always printing coupons, I always weigh the value of the coupon to the cost of the ink and paper I'm using to print it.

Well, for a while, I may not have to worry about it! Here's a way to get 8 reams of paper from Staples for FREE:

Staples is changing their packaging, so they're selling these (pictured above) reams of paper at a discount of $6.99/each. That sounds like a lot, I know, but it gets better... Click HERE to find out how you can get a $5.99 rebate off each ream of paper you buy. Search for SKU 554638. The rebate form does not specify a limit.

And since Staples accepts competitor coupons, print this Office Depot coupon HERE for $10 off $50 purchase (you may have received this via email if you are part of Office Depot's reward program). You'll need to purchase 8 reams of paper at $6.99/each = $55.92 + tax, Use $10/$50 Q = Pay $45.92/8 reams of paper.

After rebates on all 8 reams of paper, you'll end up making $2 (does not include tax, so probably more like FREE)!

Be sure to use your Staples Reward card, and you'll get reward bucks as well!

Thanks to SouthernSavers for this tip!

It looks as though you have to submit each rebate individually?

Stacey -
That's what it looks like.

Does that mean I need a separate receipt for each ream? Then the coupon wouldn't be valid right.

Sorry I'm new to this :o)

This looks like a GREAT deal! I am a bit confused on the rebate form on the bottom where it says 'Terms and Conditions'. It says To mail rebate STAPLES STORE PURCHASE: Send ONLY the completed ORIGINAL rebate redemption form printed from the cash register. I'm a little confused with that. Also I think if my Staples has these I will need to ring it up as 8 seperate transactions so I have a seperate receipt to send in each seperate envelope as required. Will take a little work, but SO WORTH IT! Thank you!

I found out about this deal on Monday, and most stores in my area were already out of that SKU - however, if you can find it, there is not limit on the reams, and you can submit the rebate form online - it truly is so EASY (as Staples likes to promote). It took me about 3 minutes to enter the info from my receipt online for the rebate. (You don't need separate receipts, so you can still use the office depot coupon).

P.S. When you call the store, and give them the item number, they will check to see what kind of paper it is, then they'll check their shelves to see if they have the 50% recycled paper - this happened to me, I was told they had it in stock on the shelves, but when I got there, it was only the new packaging with a different SKU. I complained to the manager and he let me buy 10 reams using the old SKU, but was not happy about it. You have to make sure it's that SKU and that the package looks like that. :) Good luck!

You should call the store first, My staples did not have that paper either, only the newer packages that have a new sku and no rebate.

If you are lucky enough to get the paper you can submit the rebate online and all of the purchases can be on one reciept.

Just returned from Staples with an even better deal!! I purchased the 8 reams, used the $10 Office Depot coupon, I also had a reward coupon of $18(for turning in used ink cartridges)My total for the paper was $29.60. I submitted the rebate on-line which only requires 1 receipt and was told I was eligible for all 8 rebates. So I MADE a profit of $18.32!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH

My store only had 5 reams left so the manager ordered the other 11 I wanted from another store. She's even picking them up herself because she has other things she needs to get from that store. Yay Staples! So if your store is out, see if they can get it from another store. They even offered to deliver it to my house.

I just got back from Staples. Thanks so much for posting this deal! I got 8, but they wouldn't take an internet-printed coupon. Still, it is a great deal. I submitted it online and it was so easy. Also, I turned in 10 ink cartridges too. I didn't know anyone would pay you for them. That is super!
