Walgreens has the revlon blowdryer for $12.99 (it is in the ad for $19.99) but it is scanning $12.99; then you get a $10.00 RR back. Also they bayer contour meter is $10.00 and you get a $10.00 RR. Now if you do it this way you will walk out with a $10.00 RR; but the meter is you have no RR and get the $10.00 RR then buy the blowdryer for $12.99 use the $10.00 from the meter and get another $10.00 RR and pay $3.94 OOP; then do it again and again! And then walk out the door with a $10.00 RR left over! Happy Shopping!
