I just stopped by my local Target and could not find these for $1.59... more like $3.69. Maybe your Target will have the price above, so it's still worth checking into if you're already planning on going to Target.

Mine were $3.19. I ended up paying about $1.20/box. Still a good deal if you buy them anyway (and I do) but not quite free.
