So, I was talking to some of my homeschooling friends this morning about my favorite reading/phonics program... Hooked on Phonics
Even if your children attend school, if they are having difficulties, or you simply want to supplement with a reading program, this is a VERY simple program to do in the evenings. And trust me, your children will probably even look forward to it!
Hooked On Phonics makes reading fun. You can do the computer version or simply read with your children on the couch. Their kit also comes with a reading achievement chart where they can put a sticker on when they've read each book included in the program. My children LOVE reward programs and love seeing their accomplishment.
