I am very curious to know why you would buy the McCormicks taco seasoning when the Old Elpaso was BOGO and with a coupon the price would be as low as $.27/each?? Is there something I need to know here?? I was planning to get 12 packages of the Old Elpaso.. my favorite...hehe...Thanks

I'm aware of the Old El Paso deal, but I try to buy the healthier option whenever possible. McCormick is the only taco seasoning brand that does not contain MSG. In this case, I actually had 2 $1/1 McCormick spices, herbs, etc coupons that I had printed earlier from Coupons.com, but was not sure if my cashier would allow them toward a seasoning. He did end up allowing it and actually I got the 3 packets for free using 2 $1/1 Q's. I didn't list it in my deals as I don't know that all stores will agree with mine. It's a judgment call for your store. If you have the coupons, you can try the deal at your store.

I don't blame you for stocking up on taco seasoning. We use it ALL the time! :)
