If you're anything like me, maybe you want to stock up... hmmm, for the year?... I purchased 4 blocks of the 1/3 less fat a week ago and the expiration date is about 2 months out, so I've got a little bit of time before I need to use it all up. However, I did a quick search through Swagbucks to see if cream cheese freezes well. Here's the site that gave me the best information.
If you've frozen cream cheese in the past, let me know. I've not tried it yet, and I'm curious what others' personal experience is.

I have tried freezing cream cheese and I don't recommend it. It was wet, like all the moisture had come out of it and the cheese itself was dry and crumbly. I threw it out.
We have frozen cream cheese with no problems. But we use it mainly in cooking, not for spreading, so we don't notice any changes to texture that we might if we used it for spreading.
