With a recent job loss in our home, we are learning to live on even less. It's been a challenge to see how low I can really go on our groceries each week. This week was a splurge with bakery muffins and Toaster Strudel! I couldn't pass up the great price on chicken breasts and may go back later in the week for more.

on another note....when is a bogo on coffee coming out? my very large stockpile is almost gone..aahhgg, i need a sale on coffee!!
Anon ~ Thank you for your prayers. As far as coffee goes, Joffrey's has a BOGO $9.99 deal this week, but in all honesty, it's still not a fab price.
As usual you have done a wonderful job saving on your weekly deals!! Many prayers and please know (I know lots hate to hear this, but I find it to be soo true) things happen for a reason.. There is always something better out there and even at this moment it seems like things are bad and it will never change... have faith that it will get better before you know it.
