Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon is my latest favorite healthy food. I don't find too many coupons for it, but as far as the healthy side of it, I love it!
As a forewarning, I feel I need to tell you that this bacon does not taste like regular bacon. It's a bit chewier than I like, but as a healthy alternative to your standard bacon, I'll take it. I've only cooked it in a skillet, so I'm not sure if baking it in the oven would make any difference.
I've eaten it plain with eggs and toast, in a BLT sandwich or wrap, and crumbled on top of a salad. So, if you're looking for a healthy alternative to your standard bacon, try this product and let me know what you think.
If you're following the Weight Watchers PointsPlus program, one slice of cooked bacon is 0 points, and 3 slices is only 1 point.

Try Butterball brand! It's not chewy, it is more like real bacon and it cooks great in the pan :)
It's the only bacon we buy now!
T ~ I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the recommendation!
