Since they took out the round thingy that holds the coupon books at our bradfordville store, where are they hiding all these (these 3) booklets?

I'm not sure why they took out the circular display... I wish they hadn't. I've been finding them at the customer service desk and in various displays throughout the store.

They never have any coupon books in the Plantation Veranda Shoppes Publix. We go out of our way now to other Publix's who DO put out coupon books. Plus, they are the MOST expensive store in the county with the WORST customer service. :(

Anonymous ~ I recommend you complain via Publix.com (Contact Us) if you are unhappy with the service your store offers. On their website, Publix states that is "has prided itself in delivering excellent customer service" and also mentions "friendly associates". It doesn't sound like that's what you're receiving out of your shopping experience. Of course, I will always recommend you do it respectfully. "Do to others as you would have them do to you."
