- Parmesan Crusted Tilapia w/Brown Rice & Steamed Broccoli
- Grassfed Beef Tacos w/Shredded Lettuce, Chopped Tomatoes, Natural Sour Cream, and Organic Shredded Cheese
- Pizza Night w/Whole Grain Pizza Dough from Publix w/Homemade Pizza Sauce (canned ahead of time) Topped w/Mozzarella Cheese, Boar's Head Pepperoni, & Organic Spinach
- Baked Chicken Nuggets w/Potato Fries and Steamed Peas
- Nacho Night - Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips w/Homemade Refried Beans, Shredded Cheese, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Salsa, and Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yogurt)
- Chicken w/Lemon-Leek Linguini & Fresh Organic Salad
- Leftovers or Breakfast Night (i.e., Eggs, Bacon/Sausage, & Pancakes)
