Menu Plan Thursday! (Late Release)

This is a special week in our family. My youngest child is turning 5 years old! So, in celebration of his birthday, I'm making my first homemade cake for him (with whole wheat flour - yikes!), and hoping dearly that it turns out as delicious as it looks... We may end up going out for ice cream if it's a flop!

BREAKFAST:
(We'll rotate through these breakfasts this week.)
  • Greek Yogurt (we like Chobani) w/Agave or Honey, Berries, & Granola
  • Cereal w/Skim Milk & Bananas
  • Hard Boiled Egg w/Toast & Turkey Bacon
  • Pancakes (make-ahead & freeze)
LUNCH:
  • Bagel Pizzas (toasted bagel w/marinara & mozzarella cheese)
  • PB&J Sandwiches w/Carrots & Pretzel Crisps
  • Turkey Wraps (whole wheat tortillas w/lettuce, Boar's Head turkey, & cheese) w/Cherries
  • Leftover BBQ Beef Sandwiches
  • Leftover Mac & Cheese
  • PB&J Smoothies
DINNER:
What's Baking?!
On a side note, we tried the Lemon Coconut Cookies recipe last week... and they were not a hit with our family. I usually like most foods, but these were a little bland.
