Produce Deals at Walmart

I did a quick trip to Walmart today and came across a few deals on produce including $.25/lb bananas. For under $10.00, I have most of a week's worth of snacks for my kids. They love fresh fruit, especially in the summer. I love giving them healthy snacks that I know are good for them.


Here's the Breakdown:

Deals at Walmart...

It's rare that I go out of my way to do coupon deals at Walmart. I'm usually only shopping there for store-brand items that are cheaper than anywhere else. However, here are a couple of items I've found to be a decent deal at Walmart...

$1 off Scott Naturals Bathroom Tissue, 4 pk or larger
These are $2.68 at my Walmart, making them $1.68/1 after coupon.

$1 off Yoplait YoPlus Yogurt
These are regularly around $2.12 at my Walmart, making them only $1.12/each after coupon!

I've tried a lot of yogurt in my coupon venture, and this is one of my favs!

I admit I'm crazy for Stacy!!!

I know, I know, I already have so much, but I couldn't resist this fabulous deal! I found these 10-oz Stacy's Pita Chips at my Walmart on sale for $2.50/bag. Well, paired with the recent 1/25 SS $1.50/1 Q, I couldn't resist getting them at $1/bag!!

These will go great with the hummus I bought at Publix today. Plus, we'll be stocked up on healthy pita snacks for weeks to come!!

Really, I can't think of a better week to have bought multiple copies of Sunday's paper! With spending only $1.25/paper, I've saved 3 times that much with the savings through coupons. Just proof that it's worth grabbing a Sunday paper for the coupons, I guess!

My Walmart Find!

Lovin' my Walmart!!

In my shopping yesterday, I needed to go to Walmart to grab some no-name brand items (usually cheaper at Walmart as opposed to Publix), but I always check the clothing area for great deals. At Walmart, my max to spend is around $3/item, so when I found these jeans and shorts for $2/each, I snatched them up! My son has been needing some pants for the Fall and I love the look of jeans on boys. :)

I'm usually a Goodwill shopper for clothing, where I go on the 1/2 off Clothing Sale day (Mondays starting at 12pm at my store), but even with their 1/2 off sale, I'm spending $1.50/item for his size, so an extra $.50 for brand new is a GREAT deal to me!

I needed to pick up another Sunday paper at Walmart, so while I was there I caught a few deals. They had infant (12-24 months) swim suits on sale for $1.00!!! I snatched up 2 swim trunks for my little guy for next summer and some pajamas at $2.00. I never seem to have enough PJ's for him. They may not be the most stylish, but really, does he need to be stylish at 2 years old while he's sleeping?!
